Schoonmaker Construction LLC was established in 2013 as a General, Electrical and Plumbing Contractor offering our services in various commercial and industrial facilities.

Founded on the belief that the customer comes first every time we have built an outstanding reputation for quality and service at Hill Air Force Base, Utah Test and Training Range, Little Mountain, various IRS facilities, Davis, Weber, and Ogden School District. Specializing in Government commercial facilities means that we know what is required and how to deliver the best value available.

Delivering our contracts on time and budget is of the upmost importance, to facilitate this goal SC LLC employs highly qualified Electricians, Plumbers, Project Managers and Estimators. Our owners have over 25 years’ experience and are involved in the daily activities of the company.
